V-Speed is the term used to define the operating speeds of an aircraft. Every aircraft has V-Speeds. In an aircraft the green circular line of the speedometer is the VFE speed. The end of the green circular line, is the VS speed. The end of white circular line, is the VS0. The end of the yellow circular line is the VNO. Lastly, the red dash is the VNE. To find out what these V-Speeds are, you can look below.

VMO[]

VMO is used to define the exact Maximum Operating speed of an aircraft. If VMO is not on the list of your V-Speeds, you may also refer to the VNE speed.

VNE[]

The VNE speed is used to describe the exact Never Exceed speed of a certain aircraft. If VNE is not on the list of your V-Speeds, you may also refer to the VMO speed.

VNO[]

The VNO speed is used to describe the exact Normal Operation speed.

VS[]

The VS speed is the exact Stall speed of the aircraft.

VS0[]

The VS0 speed is is the minimum landing speed in flight configuration.

VX[]

The VX speed is at the best angle of climb.

VY[]

The VY speed is at the best rate of climb.
